18-year-old Indonesian Billy Blue interior design student Novita Tanuwijaya spent more than $200 on her phone in this month. Apparently she was shocked when she received the bill. A classmate of hers reveals: “She was very upset and worried her father will find out and she insists that it must be a mistake.” She needs to find a way to deal with her problem because she has spent more than $2000 on calls since she arrived in Australia 4 months ago.
